He is a Microsoft Azure MVP with well over a decade of experience in software development, the last half of his career has focussed on Cloud architecture, DevOps and Cloud Native technologies.
Docker, and containers in general, have rapidly become a mainstay in software development and delivery circles, however it’s easy to feel like you’ve been left behind by this trend if you’ve not been able to adopt it in your workplace. This workshop aims to provide you with the fundamentals of containers and show how you could utilise it in your developer workflow irrespective of your companies journey with the technology for production scenarios.
This workshop is suited to those who are absolute beginners to Docker, through to those who have a basic understanding but want to learn how to use containers in their development workflow. At the end of this workshop attendees will have a good understanding of container basics and how to use containers to improve their developer workflow.
